Would it be a good idea to place it there? Anyone real-life experiences? What settings are used with it?

Tnx,

Tim

I mean it's a good idea. Think about the position of the sensor...

hey Tim,

a friend of mine used an automatic switch in his guest bathroom! In a nut shell: It was a total disaster! Even though in defense of the idea his parameters were a bit ... off.

First, you were sitting there and all of a sudden the light turned off on you. Unfortunately, the sensor range was so high up, that it wouldn't detect you while not standing, you see the predicament? :o Well, yet another case for the guys n’garls’ argument :p

After a year of so the sensor killed itself for some reason. As a consequence he didn't have any light in his little windowless bathroom for over a week! (didn't think any other switch other than the automatic one was needed)

So, great idea in theory! However, in practice there are a lot of factors worthwhile considering and always have some backup switch or button ready! :D

Cheers,
Fabian
