Schittstellenauswahl ETS3-OPC Server

Tach Kollegen,

habe im Gebäude einen PC auf dem eine EIB-Visualisierung mit EIB-OPC-Server 2.0 und die ETS3d läuft.
Für die Visu. wurde eine Siemens N148/21 IP/EIB-Schnittstelle und für die ETS3d eine GIRA USB Schnittstelle 08800 eingesetzt und auch so im OPC und in der ETS als jeweilige Schnittstelle eingerichtet.
Die Visualisierung läuft dauernd, die ETS nach Bedarf.

Nun kommt es leider vor, dass nach dem Start die ETS über die IP Schnittstelle auf den Bus zugreift und nicht wie eingestellt, über USB. Umgekehrt ist es genauso, die Anwendung die zuerst gestartet wurde gibt die Schnittstelle für die andere Anwendung vor. (wenn "Standardverbindung" markiert wird erst recht)

Klar kann man händisch die Schnittstelle vor Buszugriff einstellen, dass ist aber für den VorOrtMann immer wieder eine Fallbrücke.:eek:

Wem gehts genauso? Hab ich was übersehen? Kann man das ändern?:confused:

You may know that both ETS as well as the EIB OPC Server use Falcon to connect to the bus. For these tools to be really independent of the access method (RS232, USB, ...), they use the Falcon Connection Manager. This is, when the user of OPC or ETS selects "Communication", the window that pops up comes from Falcon (it is the visible part of the Falcon Connection Manager), and not from ETS or the OPC server. (This is the same if you press on "Print" in Word or in Photoshop: the window where you select the printer does not come from these programs, but in this case from Windows).

It could however be investigated whether it would be possible for each of these programs to "remember" their settings.
