ISDN verbundung FritzPCI an Siemens N147

Apologies for the English, but it is the only language I can write in. I am trying to connect from ETS 3.0c [ on my PC] through a FritzPCI ISDN card to a Siemens ISDN Schnitttstelle N147, my questions are;
1. Is this possible with a direct connection or must I dial out to connect to the incomming ISDN interface on the buss?
2. How do I set up the protocols within ETS

By clicking on the 2nd image you will get a Powerpoint pack-and-go file for accessing N147 via ISDN, including the parameter setting for ETS2. These should be similar to ETS3, but I´m not sure.
So try it out!:)
