ETS Starter Fehlermeldung beim Start

Hallo ihr,

ich habe folgendes Problem und hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Sobald ich versuche meine lizenzierte ETS3 Starter zu öffnen bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung: "Ein kritischer Fehler ist aufgetreten... com error." Kennt jmd dieses Problem?
Was kann ich machen um die ETS zum Laufen zu bekommen.

Dear,

The one option to get out of this error is just switching off the computer and after the while restarting it..We were having this problem and we tried first to log off the computer and than restarting the computer.But it couldn,t help out in these 2 situations..So what we did is we shut down the computer and it worked...Lemme know if u got any success.
