plantrec und busspannung

I have the following problem,

Ihave installed a plantec from merten and with this plantec i switch the windows of a serre open and close,
and with a pulse i switch the elektrical doors open and close and stop.
when thu busspannung failed the doors go open and the windows go open when the busspannung is thurned back on the window will close(parameter of the jaozieaktor) and the doors stay open.
I think its a problem of the settings from the flags but i tried more than 4 hours but couldnt solve the problem

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.

Hi Stefan,

I think this isn´t a Problem of Plantec.
When you turn out the EIB-Voltage Plantec isn´t able to communicate to the Aktor!

I think the reason is the used aktor and you should have a look on it.
