Rekonstruktion und USB

Hallo EIBler,

ich habe das Reco Tool der IT GmbH und die ETS3. Leider klappt bei mit nicht mehr das Auslesen der Anlage via USB. Anfangs, ich glaube das war noch ETS3a ging es via USB. Aber jetzt will das ding nicht mehr, lediglich über Serial funktioniert es. Da ich aber an meinem Laptop kein Serial mehr habe ist mir das USB wichtig!

An was kann das liegen :confused: Hilfe

Für jeden Ratschlag, an was es liegen kann wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hallo tweky,

bis dahin sieht die Logdatei gut aus, war das wirklich von einer ETS-Reko-Sitzung, wo der Fehler auftrat? Gab es eine Fehlermeldung? Oder wie äußerte sich das Problem?
Ich würde vorschlage, dass Sie mal direkt an unseren Support wenden.

Der Fehler ist, das ich über USB keinerleih Geräte auslesen kann und mir keine Angezeigt werden. Woran kann das bloß liegen?
