Is there anybody with experience of the plantes from merten
it looks like a very good and easy thing to use
i like to use it in a home but have no experience with it

please let me now:confused:

sorry for my bad english, i have used the Plantec with 18 keys last week.
Attention: You must use the new software 1.05 for programmed this unit, the old version 1.04 until 07.12.2001 has some bugs, it doubles the group-adresses at everxtime you send data to the plantec, then the unit has overflow an no chance for you for programmed it, then only help a tool from merten infoline to reset the Plantec.
The Plantec is a good thing, but you must know the limits of the unit, so you can only 10 lights or lightsgroups switches (or dimmed) with the Plantec, and some other things (2 Heating-devices, 6 motores for Jalousie and some one, you see it in the software very easy.
With the ETS-Software you make only the Physical-Adress, the Rest you programmed with the Plantec-Tool ( but Version 1.05).
In the ETS (for Pysical_Adress) you make the Dummy Merten 6480.01
